Step 3 Purchase Annual AZ Region Membership: All players must register with the Arizona Region to participate in all USA Volleyball-related activity, including tryouts, regular season, and postseason. Please click the link above to register for membership. After a membership is purchased, a welcome e-mail is sent outlining any additional steps necessary to become eligible to participate. This can include background screening, SafeSport certification, IMPACT certification, and other relevant certifications. The membership will not show as eligible until all requirements are met.
Step 4 Medical Release Waiver: Both parents and players must sign this form. Please have the waiver signed and prepared to hand in at tryouts.
15U - 18U Open House: Please come out and meet the Amazons, and let’s have some fun.
Step 6 Tryouts: Please have all the necessary paperwork with you, along with a photocopy of your AZ Region membership. Entry into tryouts will not be granted without an AZ Region membership.
